In the 1920’s Prohibition Era, a “Blind Tiger” was an establishment known to illegally sell alcohol, with a focus on celebrating the exciting flavour and taste of liquor cocktails, many of which were Gin based.

Blind Tiger Organic Gin is distilled in small batches and is a complex, yet elegant and aromatic gin made from the finest certified organic botanicals.

Gin is truly a product of the Earth. The simple ingredients to a fine Gin consist of pure water and grain, used to make a neutral spirit and infused with an often secretive and exotic botanical recipe.

Botanicals can come from far and wide and can belong to the seed, berry, root, bark or peel categories.

Organic farming means no artificial herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers are used in the growing of the grain or botanicals we use.

This ensures that we minimise our impact on the environment while making a product that speaks of the clean, green approach we take in making it.
